From January 31 to February 9, students at NOVA IMS followed the G.R.O.W. Program, an initiative that helps students to clarify their professional goals and prepare them for a successful job search. The program included sessions on “Self-awareness & professional goals”, “Setting up for success”, “Job interview”, and, “Personal pitch”.
