G.R.O.W program
February 8 marked the of the G.R.O.W (Goals, Requisites, Opportunity and Win) program with presentations and award of certificates NOVAIMS. This initiative that helps students to clarify their professional goals and prepares them for a successful job search. The program included sessions on “Self-awareness & professional goals”, “Setting up for success”, “Job interview”, and, “Personal pitch”.
