On February 22dn Master of Science in Geospatial Technologies students visited EMSA (European Maritime Security Agency). They attended a general EMSA presentation and learned about EMSA’s Earth Observation (EO) servicesand visited the Maritime Support Services Centre (MSS). Many thanks to EMSA to provide this opportunity to our students.

On February 19th Master of Science in Geospatial Technologies students successfully finished an Entrepreneurship Workshop with a final pitch about an idea for a company. Congratulations to all.

Dr. Laura Diaz, Chief, Data ManagementUnit, Client Solutions Delivery Section at United Nations Global Service Centre in Valencia presented their activities and talked about potential master thesis topics with the first semester UJI students.

First year students at NOVA IMS visited on February 15 the NOVA Urban Analytics Lab where they got acquainted with research projects for smart cities and regions.
