Dates and Deadlines

Scholarship applications: Open until January 15 (2024, 2025), 18.00 h CET (Central European Time = GMT +1): NOW OPEN

Online application deadline for:

• Partner country students applying for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship
• Program country students applying for an Erasmus Mundus scholarship

Please also make sure that you are applying in the correct category – Programme country (EU) student or Partner country (non-EU) student. Please look up here the definitions!

Application of self-funded students – NON-EU-Students: Open after closing the system for scholarship applications until May 31st, 2025. NOW CLOSED

Application deadline for:

• Non-EU students requiring a VISA for Spain/Portugal/Germany and NOT applying for an Erasmus Mundus grant
• Earlier applications are recommended due to the length of visa processes.
• Applications are evaluated as soon as they are submitted and places maybe filled before the deadline

Application of self-funded students – EU STUDENTS: Open after closing the system for scholarship applications until June 30th 2025. NOW CLOSED, all the spots are filled, if very interested send CV by email, we will contact only in case of cancelations.

Application deadline for:

• EU students (not requiring VISA for Spain/Portugal/Germany) NOT applying for an Erasmus Mundus grant.
• Earlier applications are recommended.
• Applications are evaluated as soon as they are submitted and places maybe filled before the deadline
