Our goal is to keep this information and material timely and accurate, especially regarding the application process and details. If errors are brought to our attention, we will do our best to correct them as soon as possible.

However, EMJMD-GeoTech accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever (including but not limited to any direct or consequential loss or damage it might occur to you and/or any other third party) arising out of / or in connection with the information on this site, including those regarding the documents it publishes.

Personal Data Protection

Information relating to individuals (personal data) is collected by the Agency and used in accordance with the Regulation (EC) N° 45/2001 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 18.12.2000 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data by the Community institutions and bodies and on the free movement of such data (OJ L8 of 12.1.2001, p. 1). Such data shall be processed by the Agency solely for the purposes of the implementation, management and monitoring of the grant agreement, without prejudice to possible transmission to the bodies charged with the monitoring or inspection tasks in application of Union law.

The EMJMD-GeoTech is committed to user privacy. The EMJMD-GeoTech collects personal information exclusively to the extent necessary to select the candidates. The access to personal data that EMJMD-GeoTech grants to their personnel is limited to the extent strictly necessary for the implementation, management and monitoring of the grant agreement. EMJMD-GeoTech commits to adopt appropriate technical and organisational security measures with regard to the risks inherent in the processing and to the nature of the personal data concerned. Any information collected will not be re-used for an incompatible purpose. The EMJMD-GeoTech will not divulge personal data for direct marketing purposes.

Candidates personal data will be sent to the Education, Audiovisual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) and may be used by other bodies involved in the management of Erasmus Mundus (i.e. European Commission, Erasmus Mundus National Structures, EU Delegations, Erasmus Mundus Student and Alumni Association) for facilitating the student candidate access to the joint programme.
